Registration closes April 7, 2023 at Midnight MST

Students are required to be Stoa members in order to participate in this tournament.

How to Register a Student:
Between March 28, 2023 and , April 7, 2023, click on the STUDENT REGISTRATION above and complete all necessary steps. To add students to a family registration, just click "ADD STUDENT".

Entry Fees

$40 for Debate
$30 for each Speech event

For Juniors, $20 each event

Payment - please read carefully: Fees are paid electronically at the end of the registration process by clicking the "Pay" button and following the prompts.

-Payment is necessary to complete registration.
-Only electronic (Stripe) payment will be accepted.
-Note: A minimal processing fee will be assessed for all transactions.

After your payment is complete you will get a receipt back from

East Valley Speech and Debate confirming your payment.

Deadlines

1. Registration opens on March 28, at 8:00 AM MST and closes on April 7, at Midnight MST.

2. Registration is not considered complete until all fees have been paid; payments must be completed by the close of registration, April 7 at Midnight MST.

3. Late Fees: Registrations not paid by close of registration on April 7, 2023 may be assessed a $10 late fee.

4. Late Registration: If space is available, late registrations may be accepted please email [email protected].

5. To cancel/drop an event, please send an email to the Registrar at: [email protected]

6. In the event of a cancellation, there will be NO REFUNDS after April 7.

7. A $20 drop fee per event will be charged for any events dropped April 12-April 27, 2023 .

8. A $25 drop fee per event will be charged for any events dropped at on-site student check-in.

Cancellations Summary

Prior to April 7, at Midnight ~ Refunds available.
April 7 - April 12 ~ No Refunds available, No Drop Fee.
April 12 - April 27 ~ No Refunds, Drop Fee of $20 per event.
April 28 - April 29 ~ No Refunds, Drop Fee of $25 per event at on-site student check in
